In order to expedite processes correctly and effectively, we require a set of documents as outlined below. Please confirm with us if there are further requirements before your appointment of if there any doubts.

• The Document/s that need our work
• Evidence of identity. Generally this will be your Identity Card or your current valid Passport
• All original documents when certification of true copies is needed
• Instructions to help the notary if any

For documents executed by a Company under its Common Seal or Authorised Attorney:

• Resolution authorising use of Common Seal
• Company Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Attorney’s Power of Attorney

Please note:
We need to be satisfied that you understand the contents of documents you are executing particularly in the case when a document is not in English
